LifeProof is a young, energetic company that designs, manufactures and markets their own distinct line of cases and other accessories for smartphones and tablet computers. The first LifeProof iPad case is the “Nüüd” for iPad2 or new iPad3 ($150). This tablet protector case design is waterproof, dustproof, snow proof, and shockproof for withstanding drops from up to 4 feet high. The Nüüd features a naked screen technology (hence the name), which provides perfect screen clarity and better touch-response. This special design is what sets it apart from rival Andres Industries and Lifedge cases. Also available, a screen cover with kickstand for tablet stand modes ($30 solo, or $160 for the full package bundle).
