In 1983, windsurfing was the coolest new sport and the Sony Walkman was the hottest new piece of technology. At that same time, the three founders of Aquapac put their heads together to figure out a way to enjoy both those new-wave crazes simultaneously. The London-based company has since grown over the years, developing a full range of Aquapac cases, and picking up a few awards along the way.

The brand specializes in designing and manufacturing Aquapac waterproof cases, bags, and pouches for bringing valuable electronics to the great outdoors and keeping them safe. There are currently a few choices to choose from. Each one is designed with the AquaClip - the brand's patented ultra-secure, rustproof injection-molded hard plastic seal, which is backed by a full 5-year warranty. The new waterproof tablet case for iPads ($70) features a shoulder strap and a special nickel-plated socket for plugging in headphones/earbuds. The Whanganui ($30-$45) features a lanyard wrist strap, and comes in two different sizes to fit just about any brand tablet.
