Gavio is a large Singapore-based company that produces an extensive collection of Gavio cases and accessories for tablet PCs. They are also the parent of two sub brands. Gavio Prive designs elegant and luxurious solutions with the sophisticated, high-end consumer in mind. While Gavio Dyna focuses on breaking free from conventional styles to create more colorful and fun products with youthful tastes in mind.

The company has developed just one Gavio iPad case design, but multiple versions have been produced for their sub brands. The Duetto for iPad2/iPad3 is a slim folio case with 360 degree tablet stand. The basic model is a polycarbonate design ($90). The Duetto Signature ($120) is a genuine leather case, available only for new iPad3. The Trexi Duetto and Danny Chan Crossover Gavio Duetto series each feature four distinct patterns with colorful toy characters. These polycarbonate cases are pre-order only, no listed price.

Though we like the company’s versified approach to designs, current prices are specifically targeting only high-end consumers to buy Gavio tablet cases. The brand clearly shows the ability to develop a functional, quality case, which is why we can only hope they will introduce a broader range of solutions that are marketed for all budgets to consider.
