Suede cases are something of a rare find on the accessories market and so make a good choice for those users seeking something distinctive. Crafted from this soft material (and often in combination with leather or faux-leather, suede tablet cases should include a sufficient enough amount of soft interior padding to protect the screen from scratches, etc., plus also offer some defense against minor damage to the tablet as a whole.

Suede tablet cases are most commonly seen in sleeves and jacket styles. A few more general designs exist in folio format with zipper enclosure and in various types of carrier bags. No matter the style, a proper suede case should be lightweight and relatively trim despite the protective padding.

Perhaps the biggest disadvantage among suede tablet cases is the lack of wide variety. iPad users get a bit more selection among suede cases, as a few manufacturers create products specific to Apple tablets and electronic devices.
