Booq’s Daypack Solves Packing Problems for Tablet and Laptop Owners

Booq launched Daypack – a unique tablet bag designed to fit up to 16.4” laptops and any current tablet device. Besides the precious techy wonders the bag can also accommodate a bunch of accessories and daily necessities thanks to its rather spacious interior. The case is crafted as a backpack with two padded shoulder straps and back padding for extra comfort. The case also comes with exterior pockets closed up with a zipper lock. The main compartment also features a zipper lock keeping the case closed up during travel. Snap-button side pockets expand to accommodate large items like water bottles or umbrellas.

Booq was founded by Thorsten Trotzenberg, a German native, product design graduate of Pasadena's Art Center College of Design, and founding partner of 3Gen LLC, now the world's leading maker of handheld skin cancer screening devices marketed under the DermLite brand. Booq started in 2002 as a garage operation based in Burbank, California, and the privately held family company moved to Sierra Madre, a creative community in the foothills above Los Angeles, in 2003.
