Though STM Bags is plugging the Skinny Pro folio as specifically suitable for the New iPad, Apple iPad 2 owners should take note that this case is also compatible for their older generation tablet as well. And really, what iPad user needing everyday protection for the tablet wouldn’t want to take advantage of the plusses in the Skinny Pro?

Those plusses may be simply and clearly stated: the STM Skinny Pro features notable protection with low weight at a very good price. In fact, the Skinny Pro gives the iPad user a couple of additional perks, as this model comes in a wider range of colors and can turn the device on and off when opening and closing with the cover.

And like STM’s other folio tablet cases in the line, the Skinny Pro includes a nice foldout tablet stand that provides one angle for typing and viewing in landscape format. Both work extremely well on a flat surface and can stand even the heartiest of taps to the touchscreen.

All in all, the Skinny Pro makes for some high portability while providing security for the encased iPad.
