Arctic Innovations is looking to funds its latest project – Arctic Flight – through Kickstarter. We liked the new tablet stand case so much that we decided to pledge funds in order to help the developer. The new case is made of aluminum and is compatible with the Apple iPad 2 and the new iPad, as well as the yet to be released iPad 4.

The main goal of the Arctic Flight from Arctic Innovations is to provide users with unmatched, versatile, hands-free iPad experience during an airline flight. The new iPad case latches itself onto the closed tray table of an airliner seat, transforming the tablet into a heads-up screen, which can be fully adjusted.

Alternatively, the Apple iPad 2 case can be secured on an open tray of the seat creating a mobile workstation right in front of the user. A separate keyboard can be used together with the case even on a small tray that most coach flight seats offer. The case is extremely lightweight and can be folded down to a compact size, perfect for traveling.
