The Colorware Custom Roadie sleeve is a reasonable choice for storing your iPad or like-sized tablet device. Some tablet models (other than the iPad) may be a tight squeeze to actually fit inside. But once your device is fitted, it's like being wrapped in its own little blanket. Both the user and his/her tablet will love the super-soft UltraSuede fabric material which feels very nice to hold and keeps the fitted device from being scratched or damaged while traveling. On the inside is a small pocket for storing accessories, however, it is a very tiny pocket which seems to only fit some earbuds or charging cable and little else. Your iPad power adapter will not fit in this pocket. Perhaps the best thing about the Roadie is its customizable design options. A wide range of 35 colors is available for the bag itself, so even hipsters can design their own look to match their tablet. You can even choose the color of the stitching and the stripes on the front of the bag as well as the drawstring and toggle. The most appealing feature is that the drawstring pulls tight around the tablet and can be locked, which is great in that it prevents the device from sliding out. One drawback to the Colorware Roadie sleeve, however, is that it just doesn’t offer much against accidental damage or protection against drop damage. Overall it is perfect for tablet user that travels a lot and wants a convenient place to stow their tablet quickly, and this sleeve certainly allows you to quickly retrieve your tablet for that perfect photo opportunity. Just don’t mistake it for your toiletries bag.

• The Roadie is an expertly crafted tablet sleeve. Though it is a shame the tiny amount of storage and lack of SmartCover compatibility is real let down. But otherwise, the Roadie does provide ample cover during everyday tablet travel. In the end, if you want a custom made case to please and impress your colleagues and socialites, then the Roadie may certainly be your best case scenario.
