The genuine leather is available in different shades and surfaces. Red (called magma) is the softest and most fine-grained of them all, and feels as tender as the finest pair of ladies’ gloves. Other choices are a bit rawer in both texture and feel, and surely geared toward a masculine aesthetic. These manly models come in choice of dark brown (earth), light brown (vintage), and black (night).

Beyond a sophisticated look and feel, the Germanmade iPad Sleeve offers the tablet basic protection against basic wear and tear. The semicircular cutout at the top makes tablet removal easy, a feature not commonly seen on sleeves.
